TAKING THE WORLD BY STORM

From being awarded the Direct Selling Association’s Rising Star Award last year, to rocketing up Direct Selling News’ Top 100 List last month—Jeunesse is turning heads. But behind every outstanding team is a brilliant leader, and Jeunesse enjoys the best leaders the industry has to offer.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at Jeunesse, Wendy makes key decisions daily to support the development of distributors in the field. By opening new markets strategically, she initiates sustainable growth, and by introducing products that are a benefit to consumers, she ensures that Jeunesse is encouraging people to live healthier, happier lives. With a network of more than 200,000 distributors in 100 countries, Jeunesse has paid over $260 million in commissions under Wendy’s leadership.

In March of 2014, Wendy was named one of The Most Influential Women in the multi-level marketing industry by Direct Selling News for the second consecutive year. A prestigious title, it acknowledges exemplary leadership, dynamic vision, and business savvy. In her free time, Wendy has remained active by fundraising and launching several global ecological campaigns for Jeunesse’s non-profit charity, Jeunesse Kids™—which is dedicated to reaching out to children in need, both internationally and domestically. Wendy has led Jeunesse Kids™ to different parts of the globe; from feeding hungry families in China to delivering aid for Typhoon Haiyan victims in the Philippines, she is now focusing on delivering aid to local communities in her very own Orlando, Florida.

WITH WENDY HEADING COMPANY OPERATIONS:

• Measurable results: In 2012, yearly sales closed out at $126 million, but in 2013, yearly sales closed out at $257 million—double the revenue generated in 2012.
