- March 21: Entries open
- May 2: Early-bird entry deadline, with discounted entry fees
- May 30: Entry deadline
- June 28: Last day entries may be submitted with payment of late fee
- June 7 - July 30: Peer judging
- August 6: Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners notified
- August 7: Stevie Award winners publicly announced
- September 16: Awards banquet, Marriott Marquis Hotel, New York City. Joint event with the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.
