          For nearly two decades Susan Scott has enabled top executives worldwide to
          engage in vibrant dialogue with one another, with their employees and with their
          customers. She adeptly turned this experience into a bestselling book, Fierce
          Conversations: Achieving Success at Work & in Life — One Conversation at a
          Time, which has been published in four countries and listed on the Wall Street
          Journal best seller list, and USA TODAY'S top 40 business books of 2002,  and a
          corporate training company, Fierce, Inc.

          The principles employed in the book and taught through Fierce, Inc’s workshops
          are based on her experiences from more than 10,000 hours of conversations with
          CEOs and senior executives, helping them address pressing issues, make high
          stakes decisions, solve costly problems, design winning strategies and evaluate
          opportunities.

          Clients rely on Fierce, Inc. to design and deliver programs that develop leaders,
