The objective of the video was to rally and inspire all of PacifiCare's employees behind the new philosophy, "Caring is Good. Doing Something is Better ." This mantra needed to be adopted in order for PacifiCare to deliver on this claim to consumers. The employees of PacifiCare were the key ingredient and the video was used to help educate and inspire the PacifiCare employees.
The video featured emotional, dramatic music with scenes of people caring for each other. Simple art cards told the story. This execution motivated employees and inspired them to adopt the new thinking in their everyday work lives.
