Wachovia decided to relaunch its rewards program to improve its debit and credit card customers rewards experience by combining and rebranding the separate programs, expanding the catalog and customizing the rewards web site. EMI developed the relaunch strategy and executed 25+ creative deliverables across different media and audiences. The Point-n-Win Challenge served as an in- house training tool to generate employee enthusiasm and educate them about the enhanced program in an interactive and engaging manner. The game included a sweepstakes and encouraged employees to activate rewards. The program was a great success; more than 10% of employees entered the sweepstakes.
