JeungSoo KyeongChenyin is the China manager of Fireworks, a creative technology company based in Shanghai and Hong Kong. With 12 years of experience in brand market entry in China, he has worked with over 40 international brands to help establish their businesses in China and sell products both online and offline. He has recently worked with Bally, the Diageo Group, and New York University in the capacity of global travel retail and recruitment leads generation. Chenyin holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and studied African American Studies at the University of Alabama. A history buff, his reading interests include China’s pre-modern era, 19th century adventurers, and who’s who in Art Deco Shanghai. On being appointed Chair of the Company/Organization & Customer Service Awards Judging Committee, Chenyin told us: “Customer Service in Asia in the next decade will see revolutionary changes, and so will the way agencies and brands organize themselves. With Asian businesses at the forefront of digital transformation, I’m glad that these Awards will give innovative companies the kudos they deserve!”

US-ASEAN Business Council – Viet Nam Office (USABC), Hanoi, Vietnam  

Bui Kim Thuy joined the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC) in March 2018 as the Country Representative for Viet Nam. In this role, Thuy has been a helpful source for US companies doing business in ASEAN/Viet Nam as well as for the public sector (including regional Vietnamese governments) in the business-related policy-making process. She also facilitates Viet Nam’s SMEs in joining the regional/global value supply chain of leading multinational corporations in the era of digital transformation.

For the previous 10 years, Thuy served as the Deputy Director of the Agency for Foreign Trade in the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT), where she handled FTA negotiations and rule-of-origin related issues.

She has been a key speaker at a series of seminars and workshops for trade-related agencies and the business community. Thuy was the only candidate from Viet Nam in 2013-2014 to receive a full scholarship for the Programme of MPM (Master of Public Management) – Senior Leadership from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore and Harvard Kennedy School in the United States. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since April 2019, Thuy has been a member of Harvard Business School’s Asia Pacific Advisory Board where she helps provide counsel on Vietnam’s economic issues as well as the mission, goals, objectives and initiatives of Harvard in the region. She has also been Chairwoman of the Alumni Network of Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam since November 2019; a member of the Advisory Council, and a member of the judging panel of the 2019 Vietnam Startup Award - a prestigious award for the startup community in Vietnam.

Eurince WongChair:
Youl Ha Park, President/Group Communications Department

Youl Ha Park started his career in 1986, working at some of the most prestigious journalism companies in South Korea, before joining Genesis BBQ, one of the largest restaurant franchise groups in Korea, in 2005. Since joining Genesis BBQ, Mr. Park has added value to the company by developing and leading the communications and public relations team. Under Mr. Park’s leadership, Genesis BBQ has expanded into many new countries and dominated the domestic market.

With 34 years of experience in the communications field, he currently continues his career as the president of Genesis BBQ. The company now has 14 brands, including BBQ chicken, the most delicious Korean-style fried chicken in the world, and 4,000 franchise stores domestically. It also has over 500 international franchise stores in more than 30 countries globally.

Youl Ha Park is also a board member of the Korea Advertisers Association and Vice President of The Korean Association of Ad & PR Professionals. He graduated from Chung-Ang University with both a B.A. and M.A. in Communication Studies.

Fleire Castro is a Digital Marketing Consultant, Mentor, Trainer, and Advocate. You can consider Fleire as The Digital Maestra. Her motto is: Ambitious Achievements. She aims to deliver focused insights, produce uncompromising results, and provide confident coaching to fellow entrepreneurs, startup founders, and MSMEs.

Fleire has 14 years of experience in the Information Technology field, with 12 years in Digital Marketing. She was mentored through the DigitalFilipino community, the Cherie Blair Foundation, and the U.S. Embassy. She was sent to Nairobi, Kenya for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit, and recently visited Chicago, Illinois as a professional fellow of the U.S. State Department’s fellowship program.

Fleire currently serves as a digital marketing consultant, CEO and Managing Founder of Third Team Media, a boutique social media and digital agency.  She is also involved in several startups:

  • co-founder for ContentDash.app, a social media content management app;
  • co-founder of bloodlife.ph for healthtech;
  • founding member of Project BASS for big data through crowdsourcing and volunteerism.

Fleire’s “Para Sa Bayan” advocacies include women entrepreneurship and digital + tech for social good. 

On being appointed Chair, she told us: “As both a previous participant and a judge of the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, it is my honor to Chair this judging committee. I am prepared to witness businesses and organizations that do thoughtful marketing and bring the change they want to see in their society.”

He has been featured as an expert jury member for numerous international competitions and awards, and has evaluated 1000+ promising innovative multi-million-dollar products, platforms, and start-ups by collaborating with many of the brilliant minds of the IT portfolio, along with technology researchers, Fortune 500 CTOs, CEOs, CFOs and CIOs.

As a technology specialist and pro bono volunteer, Satish helps to take full advantage of modern technology patterns for international conferences, journals, and prominent entities. He has been recognized by influential leaders, and has been featured in mainstream media across the globe for his commitment to excellence, research focused on innovation, and phenomenal achievements.
