Long Island Business News: Edge Electronics CEO chosen as finalist in 2004 Stevie Awards for Women Entrepreneurs Adrienne Giannone, chief executive of Edge Electronics, has been chosen as a finalist in the 2004 Stevie Awards for Women Entrepreneurs. Giannone's category is best entrepreneur-non-services businesses category. Winners will be announced Oct. 22 at Manhattan's Marriott Marquis. Master of ceremonies will be Bill Rancic, who survived the trials of Donald Trump and outdistanced rivals in TV's "The Apprentice."

The Stevie Awards for Women Entrepreneurs is a new national awards competition recognizing the accomplishments of women small business owners in the United States.
