If you qualify, you'll be assigned categories based on your experience, function, and industry. All categories will be judged over the Internet, and you'll be able to review and rate as many nominations as you like, at your convenience..
As a preliminary judge you'll learn how other organizations and individuals are achieving success and confronting challenges, you'll receive a certificate of appreciation suitable for framing, and you'll be showing your support for working women.
