Founded in 1998, MyCorporation is a leader in online legal filings for entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized businesses, providing corporate start-up bundles that include 50-state walk-in service for Articles of Incorporation filings, registered agent, DBA, Trademark & Copyright filing services. Incorporating or forming a business provides for extensive tax savings, personal liability protection and a level of legitimacy, with MyCorporation there every step of the way helping entrepreneurs to understand the LLC process. MyCorporation is also a long-term partner for a business, offering products that help customers protect and maintain the legitimacy of their businesses throughout the business lifecycle. As a small company, MyCorporation understands that the employees keep the company successful and provide extensive employee benefits and activities to establish high employee morale and engage those within the company. In this year alone, MyCorporation went from having 10 employees to 30- all in a down economy.

MyCorporation also gives back to charities and universities within the greater Los Angeles area and also provides multiple “free incorporation package” offers throughout the year. MyCorporation recently expanded its services out to Canada with a Canadian partnership and teamed up with former professional NFL quarterback Fran Tarkenton to create corporation.com which specializes in offering“business in a box” packages for small businesses to sign up and get their company started with. Deborah Sweeney is the CEO of MyCorporation. After graduating with a JD/MBA from Pepperdine University, she became a partner in a Los Angeles-based law firm practicing in the areas of corporate and intellectual property law. Ms. Sweeney then became in-house counsel at MyCorporation Business Services, Inc. Shortly thereafter, Deborah supported the company during the acquisition by Intuit and became the general manager of MyCorporation, managing the overall business operations. After five years of Intuit’s ownership, Ms. Sweeney negotiated the purchase of MyCorporation from Intuit. Ms. Sweeney and her husband now own MyCorporation, while maintaining a strong strategic partnership with Intuit.
