The entry fees are
- $200 per entry in the categories that recognize the achievements of individuals
- $375 per entry in the categories that recognize the achievements of teams and departments
After October 15 a late fee of U.S. $35 per entry per category will be assessed in addition to the entry fee.
Once entry fees have been paid, no additional entry or finalist fees will be required. A separate fee is required for each category in which an entry is submitted. No refunds will be made after October 15.
