Nomination Title: Biba

Tell the story about this nominated product or service (up to 525 words). Describe its function, features, benefits, and sales to date:

Founded in 2012, Biba is revolutionizing the conference call experience. Started by 5 friends who were sick of having horrible conference calls, Biba re-imagined the conference call experience and built an application designed for mobile. In June 2013, Biba launched a mobile business app for mobile devices that delivers conference calls and messaging inside and outside of company networks and across multiple devices.

In December 2013, Biba announced version 2.0 of its app with new competitive pricing, and availability on the desktop, and screen sharing.

Biba includes solutions for audio and web conference, enterprise instant messaging, and unified communications:

• Conference Calls
Biba makes conference calls easy to schedule from Outlook, Google or other work calendars. Biba offers powerful features like "we call you", remote mute, and a call roster to see who is on your call. Attendees who don't have the app can still join using a dial in and passcode. With HD Audio, Biba VoIP is six times the sound quality of cellular phones.

• Contacts and Presence
Biba automatically builds your contacts based on your organization and who you meet with. You can see their availability to talk or when they will be free.

• Messaging
Biba Messaging works on all of your devices, with Stored message history and Delivery notification. Biba Rooms let groups of people all be part of the same conversation.

• Administration
Built for Business, Biba is easy for IT and easy for employees to download and get started right away. Additional administration tools are available for free as part of the Team plan.

• Screen Share
Biba delivers a powerful but simple screen share experience, with HD quality display and roster features. Meeting attendees without the app can view the screen share with their browser using a meeting web link.

Biba Pro costs at least 50% less than what an organization is paying for services like Intercall, PGi, Cisco WebEx, or Citrix GoToMeeting.

The three Biba plans are:
• Biba Basic is Free and includes Biba HD audio, Roster, Remote Mute, View Screen Share, VoIP Calls & Instant Messaging
• Biba Pro is $20/mo and includes all Basic Features plus Hosting Featrures, Unlimited VoIP and US Toll participants, and US Toll-free and International dial-in at 2c/user/minute
• Biba Enterprise is $200 per year and includes Pro Features, Enterprise Administration, Enterprise Support and Administrative Controls

Biba’s basic functionality is still available for free and Biba remains the only freemium, all-in-one communications app for business
