Brigitta Malics joined the iWowWe customer service staff in April 2012, making an instant impact on our award winning customer service team here at iWowWe.

Being a quick learner and an outstanding team player, from early on Brigitta proved to be a force to be reckoned with, speaking not only in her native language of Hungarian, but also English, German and Hebrew.

Soon enough it was clear from the feedback of the customers calling into our support centers, that Brigitta provided the information and assistance they needed to move forward in a timely manner, and her professionalism, patience, and extensive knowledge of our products and their functionality left our customers with a true understanding of what iWowWe has to offer.

Brigitta’s translating skills have proven to be an invaluable asset to the company, providing translations at corporate video-conferences, global broadcasts, along for video recordings, and tutorials for all of iWowWe’s members around the world.

And her impressive performance doesn't stop there. She quickly became one of our elite sales and service agents, and based on her performance of answering chats and phone calls, in the first quarter of 2013 she became “number one customer support” agent for this entire quarter. She also won already twice our in house “Customer service agent of the month” competition, which reward system we implemented in September 2013.

Brigitta’s organizational skills proved to come handy as well, when the opportunity to organize our company events, such as the FVP cruise for the global leaders in November 2012, along with our recent very successful Houston Summit in November 2013 rose. Brigitta stepped in, and played an instrumental role in supporting international clients in obtaining their visas, and making sure their journey and stay in America would be smooth and uneventful. Brigitta even assisted our partners with their hotel and transportation needs while they were here at the Summit event in Houston.

Brigitta’s skills have also taken her abroad to attend our corporate event in Hungary in May 2013, when she performed translations for iWowWe’s CEO and the Hungarian Team on our company event in Budapest.

Day by day she continues to take her skills to the next level. In order to support our global expansion efforts, and being such a role model, training new customer support staff also became one of her duties, along with becoming the selected direct contact servicing agent for servicing the needs of our enterprise customers.

Brigitta is originally from Hungary. She has been living in the US since 2005, and joined iWowWe in 2012, when she moved from sunny Miami to Texas. She has over 20 years of experience in various fields of customers support, such as the airline/travel and restaurant industry. She speaks her native language of Hungarian, English, and even some German and Hebrew. She loves working for iWowWe, and feels that her co-workers are truly her “second family”. Being part of a small team with her very open, caring, positive and bubbly personality, Brigitta is the person everyone truly gets along with. She puts her heart in doing everything, including attending to her job, and the needs of her colleagues and customers.
