1. Kamble has had large success in creating new revenue by targeting new niche markets that have developed over the last several years as a result from changing consumer trends. 2. Kamble retained Kaiser Consulting to assist in the development of an inside sales telemarketing program - our sales machine. The injection of the telemarketing sales machine along with its outside sales, advertising and PR efforts have created successful results. 3. Kamble developed a core strategy that included geographic growth of markets, service expansion, and an unmatched service guarantee commitment to all of their existing and new customers.

Tim Pague, CEO, has defined new markets, new services and a new sales approach for the 23 year old company. The result, record revenues for 2007 and double- digit growth expected in 2008. Bren Marshall, EVP of Sales, leads a team of 10 dedicated sales people with 45 supporting brokers. He is responsible for execution and leadership of Kamble Co.'s national account strategy, negotiating and closing national and international accounts including Kraft, Tyson Foods, Rheem Manufacturing, International Paper, Pepsi-Co and Wal-Mart. Tim and Bren have inspired a team to exceed performance standards and do things different in a stagnate market.

Kamble Co., is a licensed and insured trucking brokerage firm incorporated in 1984 with primary services in produce, refrigerated and general commodities transportation. Kamble Co. has successful repeat business and long-term relationships with business partners and service-oriented carriers. The sales team defines the agreement and brokers agreements by the transported load. Kamble Co. is a preferred broker of the National Association of Small Trucking Companies (NASTC). Leadership at Kamble Co. has transitioned the company into new markets and services in 2007, selling long-term agreements with some of the nations largest retailers and manufacturers, including Pepsi-Co, Kraft, Wal-Mart, and Winn Dixie Supermarkets.
