The Ontario government has passed legislation requiring all businesses in Ontario to design and implement workplace violence and harassment policies and programs, and to train their staff in same. This video series does just that, consisting of 11 Manager video modules and 8 Employee video modules, supplementing on-camera host dialogue with expert interviews and thought- provoking role plays. The legislation around Domestic Violence is particularly challenging for employers, and Module 3 provides unique insights not available anywhere else.
