The program was created for AstraZeneca to ensure that employees not only understand what diversity means but live the 'values' every day.
The first phase of the film was designed to introduce to the audience the broad issues of diversity and to facilitate discussion about what diversity means to them. The second phase leads the audience into a deeper understanding and appreciation of the complexity of diversity. Fast paced, energetic style was employed to captivate the audience from a range of departments and backgrounds.
The DVD was used as part of facilitated sessions designed by Be Learning that rolled out to AstraZeneca employees throughout Australia.
