          and we're beating even our own expectations.  From day one, we were absolutely
          determined to bring our technology and innovation to the marketplace, which we
          have done and it has been extremely well received.  Armed with our unmatched,
          proprietary on-demand software and our global capabilities, we are creating a
          paradigm shift, which is not only being featured in some of the industry's most
          respected and influential publications and winning many industry awards, but
          also finding us winning the custom of some of the world's most respected and
          successful corporations such as Amgen, Avnet, Discovery Communications, Dow

          international operations and globally dispersed workforces.

          •Extended Merchant Offerings: Globoforce increased its merchant offerings on its
          reward platform in 2007 by adding 130 new merchants worldwide to its existing
          base of robust and diverse shopping options, representing the addition of
          thousands of store locations in over 100 countries.

          •Industry Recognition: Globoforce was recognized as a leader in the employee
          recognition industry throughout 2007, receiving nearly 10 different industry
          accolades.

          •Employee Growth: Due to the increased business demand with Globoforce becoming
          the provider of choice for implementing global, strategic recognition programs,
          the company experienced its highest ever staff increase in 2007, growing by 168
          percent.

          As co-founder and CEO of Globoforce, Eric Mosley has been directing the path of
          Globoforce as the innovator in the strategic employee recognition industry since
          the company’s inception. His vision to raise employee recognition from a
          tactical, unmeasured, and under-valued effort to a global strategic initiative
          with clear measures for performance and success is now being realized in some of
          the world’s largest and most complex organizations.  Prior to joining
          Globoforce, he established himself as an accomplished Internet consultant and
          architect having held varied management and technology roles in CSK Software,
          Bull Cara Group and Logica Aldiscon. He holds a bachelor’s degree in
          Electronics, Computers and Telecommunications Engineering from the University
          of Dublin, Trinity College.
