1. Tell the story about what this nominated company achieved (up to 500 words). Focus on specific accomplishments, and relate these accomplishments to past performance or industry norms. Be sure to mention obstacles overcome, innovations or discoveries made, and outcomes:
The reason why we think Globoforce should win this award is because we are now a truly global company in a highly competitive market competing against some very strong, financially powerful competitors. And we're doing it very successfully and we're beating even our own expectations. From day one, we were absolutely determined to bring our technology and innovation to the marketplace, which we have done and it has been extremely well received. Armed with our unmatched, proprietary on-demand software and our global capabilities, we are creating a paradigm shift, which is not only being featured in some of the industry's most respected and influential publications and winning many industry awards, but also finding us winning the custom of some of the world's most respected and successful corporations such as Amgen, Avnet, Discovery Communications, Dow Chemical, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Global Crossing, Intel, Intuit, Nortel, Procter & Gamble, Thomson Reuters and Wrigley.
From our humble beginnings as a true entrepreneurial startup business, we are now recognized as the No. 1 provider of what we do in our industry today ("The Black Book of Outsourcing"). Our imagination, determination, innovation, world-class technology, and overall passion for what we do are driving extremely substantial sales growth – an astounding 811% increase over just six years.
Despite all of this good news so far, we are just beginning. The opportunity to grow into an industry leading multi-national company headquarted in Dublin with revenues in excess of 300 million US dollars in the next five years is absolutely within our grasp. This is not just "lip service." We believe it and we will do it.
