mobile lifestyle of their end customers through an easy access to and
interaction with all mobile services – be it Content, Commerce, Banking or
          Marketing.

However, a typical mobile operator uses more than 50 short codes to market all
its mobile services. A typical bank is just able to send out messages, but not
process any replies. Both, mobile operators and banks have not consolidated
their communication with end customers and use various, disintegrated internal
and external system creating operational cost and complexities and marketing
          deficiencies

services, subscription services and customizable application services like
mobile commerce or mobile contests, and
? enhance repeated interaction through reward profiles such as loyalty points,
          game ranking and players lists.

End customers have to remember just one SMS short code to get access to all
mobile services of their operator or bank.

paybox Mobile Wizard provides the following core modules:
? Wizard Engine to process, route and queue messages based on short code
sharing techniques and fault tolerant context matching.
? Campaign Manager to create service awareness by broadcasting information via
SMS, WAP Push or eMail to end customers and also enable personalized and
          recurrent campaigning
? Promotion Manager to generate end customer incentives to trial the system
functionality by using promotional concepts such as coupons, vouchers and
          discounts
? Content Manager to enable fast acquisition and management of contents for
SMS, MMS, USSD, WAP Channel without being dependent on programming or agency
          work
? Subscription Manager to enable end customers to subscribe for content
services mostly being delivered by SMS and MMS
? Application Manager to allow a fast time-to-market with generic standard
applications such as quizzes, votings and raffles and reduce dependencies from
          3rd parties
? Profile Manager to  facilitate the repeated and easy usage of applications by
end customers based explicitly on reward profiles (loyalty, skill and behavior)
or implicitly on usage (easing cross selling system interaction)
? Event Engine to create smart, interactive campaigns and applications by
linking all marketing components via pre-defined events (e.g. push a second
message to everyone who responded to a campaign)

The “Mobile Wizard” can be deployed as a standalone product or offered as an
ASP service providing SMS delivery into more than 600 operator networks
worldwide and one global SMS short code to receive messages from more than 200
          operators worldwide.
