The information requirements for entries in these information or IT awards categories are generally
a. An essay of up to 525 words describing the nominee's accomplishments since 1 January 2012
b. A biography of the nominee or the leader of the nominated department or team of up to 125 words
c. Optional (but highly recommended), a collection of supporting files and web addresses that you may upload to our server to support your entry and provide more background information to the judges
