U.K. Trade and Investment is the British Government arm that promotes the U.K. as a destination for corporate global expansion. In Canada since mid-2004, UKTI has used the submitted radio commercials as their main method of reaching their target audience: senior decision-makers responsible for - or who influence - strategic global planning. The commercials employ a case-study approach, are designed for use on all-news and talk radio stations, and continually generate well-documented awareness levels, direct inquiries, and visits to www.uktradeinvestcanada.org to hear interviews with executives of companies featured in the commercials.
