Spectrum is an online local community showcase that celebrates talent in digital
arts, animations and short films. The objective of the site is to give contributors an
additional avenue to present their creative works to a larger audience (both
contributors and visitors) and get their works rated and reviewed by the audience
which help them broaden their perspectives in their own fields. Online audience
can also expect and enjoy a Spectrum of creative portfolio from the local talents.

How Spectrum has met its objectives:
1. Contributors submit their work easily through an online registration
form, which allows them to upload their files.
2. Every piece of work contributed can be viewed, rated and reviewed by the online audience which provides valuable feedback to the artistes/filmmakers themselves.
3. Spectrum has received online enquiries to headhunt local talent for
freelance work
4. The online forum allows contributors and visitors to exchange pointers and
viewpoints.
5. Spectrum actively organises and supports competitions such as ComGraph
2003 (an animation and digital arts competition in Asia) to promote the various
