The New Basel Capital Accord (Basel II) sets out regulations to ensure that banks have sound enterprise risk management strategies in place - strategies that are often IT-dependent. SAS is exploiting this opportunity in a global financial services campaign to promote SAS® Risk Management for Banking suite of software solutions, which will help banks achieve Basel II compliance. This initiative is supported by a market-facing campaign kit, including a direct mailer, print advertisements and a multi-media CD. All SAS country offices now have full marketing kits to launch the sale of the new solutions in their individual regions.
