Nationwide is a modern mutual building society. Our sole purpose is to provide members with the best possible value in personal finance services. Putting our members first is the first priority in our internal communications campaign, PRIDE, launched in February 2002. PRIDE stands for _P_utting members first; _R_ising to the challenge; _I_nspiring confidence; _D_eliver best value; _E_xceeding expectation. Inspiring Confidence is the theme for year two of the campaign and seeks to engage all employees in that most critical ingredient in a corporate/customer relationship (in our case building society/member relationship) - confidence.
