Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a leading commercial cleaning franchise company, is an organization that prides itself on being an active and consistent company in supporting its franchise owners and customers. Coverall Cleaning Concepts currently operates 85 Regional Support Centers worldwide, which are established to serve the needs of all franchise owners and customers. As well, the company also operates a Global Headquarters, appropriately called the Global Support Center, whose function is to support all the Regional Support Centers throughout the world.
Over the past year, Coverall has initiated changes in their corporate structure to exemplify their focus on supporting their franchise owners and customers. To illustrate this focus, Coverall renamed their 85 Regional Offices as Regional Support Centers, since their main function is to “support” their franchise owners and customers. As well, the corporate office was renamed the Global Support Center, to express its role as a support mechanism for all 85 of its Regional Support Centers worldwide.
