Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a leading commercial cleaning franchise company, is
an organization that prides itself on being an active and consistent company in
supporting its franchise owners and customers.  Coverall Cleaning Concepts
currently operates 85 Regional Support Centers worldwide, which are established
to serve the needs of all franchise owners and customers.  As well, the company
also operates a Global Headquarters, appropriately called the Global Support
Center, whose function is to support all the Regional Support Centers throughout
the world.

Over the past year, Coverall has initiated changes in their corporate structure to
exemplify their focus on supporting their franchise owners and customers.  To
illustrate this focus, Coverall renamed their 85 Regional Offices as Regional
Support Centers, since their main function is to “support” their franchise owners
and customers.  As well, the corporate office was renamed the Global Support
Center, to express its role as a support mechanism for all 85 of its Regional
Support Centers worldwide.

Through the 85 Regional Support Centers as well as the Global Support Center,
Coverall Cleaning Concepts differentiates itself from others in the commercial
cleaning franchise industry by offering all their franchise owners the following
provisions, as they are necessary for the success of any small business:

1.  Administrative Assistance – Coverall provides all new business owners with
account invoicing and collections, up to two months advance on receivables, and
consistent help in preparation of professional sales proposals.

2.  Sales Assistance – Coverall offers much guidance in the area of sales
including complete training on how to prepare and make a sales call, how to
construct a professional bid package, and how to properly price for services.

3.  Marketing and Media Exposure – Coverall provides ongoing marketing and
media publicity, specifically to recognize unique franchise owners who have gone
above and beyond for their customers and community.  As well, the Marketing
Department at the Global Support Center provides all franchise owners with
continuous support through offering the necessary tools of marketing materials,
advertising, promotions, and contests to assist each franchise owner in expanding
their business.

4.  Operations Support – The Operations Department at all Coverall Cleaning
Concepts Regional Support Centers are focused on training our franchise owners
to service our customers with the utmost precision and quality.  Our Operations
Departments provide complete customer service training, technical training in
basic cleaning of commercial accounts and basic health care cleaning and
certification training in carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, and team
cleaning.  As well, these individuals support the franchise owners in the
purchasing of equipment and chemicals, in business planning, and in training to
comply with government regulations in areas such as Bloodborne Pathogen
standards, the Right to Know program, and the Personal Protective Equipment
program.

During the past year, Coverall Cleaning Concepts has also created a specific
department based out of the Global Support Center entitled, the Supportive
Services Department, to provide ongoing support and training to our Operations
Departments throughout the world.  This training and support is provided in order to maintain the high quality business practices of our franchise owners, therefore
