Prior to joining Caseware, Osborne held various executive leadership roles, most recently as CEO of Virgin Pulse, the world’s largest digital health and wellbeing SaaS provider, where he led the company’s aggressive expansion plans, including six mergers and acquisitions in three years. His tenure led to significant growth and operational improvements across the business.
