Sir Speedy has hundreds of service centers all over the country. With each being
a franchise, it was critical to create an extranet where each franchise could
log on to get information on many subjects: marketing, operations, finance, etc.
The site is permissions based with a user based hierarchy which limits a user’s
access based on what group they are assigned to. One of the main goals of the
site was to cut down on phone calls and email requests. The site is updated
every day through the use of an easy to use content management system and
WYSIWYG editor.
