Matt has gone to new heights in the field of remote computer support.  Pioneering new ways to remotely remove parasites from a PC, he continues to demonstrate that the old-school methods of PC support (Unplug your PC, take it into the shop, wait a week) are quickly coming to an end.  Matt has seized opportunities to fight back against parasitic spyware companies that plague the internet today.  One example is the interception of customer service emails to spywarestrike.com (a fake anti-spyware program) and replying with detailed removal instructions.  With this act of generosity, Matt had been able to build relationships with people around the world and provide peace of mind to thousands of affected users.

Matt Fleming grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, IL.  He has always been interested in computers, from back in the days of the Apple 2.  He currently enjoys programming, finding unique, and simple solutions to the computer problems of today, and suppporting his clients around the world from his office located in Las Vegas, NV.
