   2. Briefly describe this nomination’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 100 words):

To help involve corporate employees in the excitement of the fourth quarter
sales incentive (Fall Campaign), Marketing created a super-heroes theme, using a
comic book format, high-energy colors and story line to depict each area of the
company as a different super hero, working together as the AdminiForce that
conquers sub-par HR (Administaff’s competitors). Every employee received a
comic book, and the theme was supported through video skits and posters. Story
lines familiar to non-sales personnel entertained and engaged the corporate
staff in the company-wide sales push.
