2004 was banner year for Advertising.com, thanks in large part to the ambition, dedication and leadership of its CEO Scott Ferber. Scott has been the driving force behind Advertising.com’s remarkable success, taking the company from an unknown start-up to the leader in interactive marketing.
Under Scott’s leadership, Advertising.com was named one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the United States in the 2004 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, which ranks companies according to revenue growth. In addition, in August of 2004 Scott managed Advertising.com’s acquisition by America Online – one of the biggest industry acquisitions of the year.
For such achievements and industry leadership, Scott was named CEO of the Year by Blue Chip Venture Company in September 2004 and was recently appointed to the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s Board of Directors.

Scott Ferber, recognizing the tremendous opportunity at the intersection of marketing, analytics and technology, co-founded Advertising.com in 1998 with his brother John. As CEO, Scott is responsible for Advertising.com’s performance, strategic vision and the continued development of its award-winning ad placement optimization technology, AdLearn®.
Scott began his career in manufacturing with Procter & Gamble before moving into information-based marketing for Capital One Financial Corporation. While at Capital One, Scott was responsible for the expansion of the company's information- based strategies as they applied to industries outside of the credit-card business.
