2012 was a milestone year for CallidusCloud.  We acquired two companies, gained 600+ new customers, and launched an exciting and innovative product designed to optimize sales effectiveness at companies of every size around the world.  Our SaaS revenue growth rate was $55 million, up 23% for the year.  Our billings growth was 24% for the year with revenues of $100 million and our bookings were up 73% over full year 2011.

We launched a new product:

• MySalesGame, a strategic incentives module that directly addresses the limitations of traditional SPM tools by tapping into the inherent competitiveness in people.

We acquired two companies. These companies have grown at over 3x post-acquisition, far outpacing the industry standard of revenue constriction and product dilution:

- LeadFormix, a leader in next-generation marketing automation and leads management. By uniting sales and marketing, LeadFormix’ award-winning Cloud solutions produce richer, targeted leads for sales along with easier access to qualified decision makers.

- 6FigureJobs, a premier executive career community and job board. The acquisition extends CallidusCloud’s Hiring Cloud suite into a comprehensive sales and executive focused talent recruitment solution.

Highlighted achievements in 2012:

• Awarded the highest “Strong Positive” in both the 2012 MarketScope for Sales Performance Management and the 2012 MarketScope for Incentive Compensation Management in the Insurance industry
• CallidusCloud was the vendor with the most new customers in a market that grew 22% in 2012.
• Added two significant new go-to-market channels by joining the salesforce.com ISV Force reseller program in Q2 and Oracle’s ISV reseller program in Q3.
• CallidusCloud hosted over 400 customers and partners at its C3 conference in May 2012, the largest Sales Performance and Effectiveness conference of its kind. Customers, prospects, industry analysts and partners gathered in Las Vegas to share best practice and industry insight.
• CallidusCloud collected 10 awards at the American Business Awards and International Business Awards including Favorite Company, Best Website, Best New Product, and Best New Financial Management Cloud App for CallidusCloud's Commissions solution.

Leslie Stretch, President and CEO of CallidusCloud - Under Leslie’s direction, CallidusCloud has transformed into a recurring revenue based business that is the leader in cloud and mobile sales effectiveness solutions. These solutions include sales hiring, sales enablement, sales performance management, and mobile learning. Leslie pioneered patent-pending methods for social sales performance management and hiring, visualization, and performance predictions.

Previously, Leslie worked for Sun Microsystems where he was the SVP of Global Channel Sales and the Managing Director of Sun Microsystems U.K. Ltd. Throughout his career, Leslie has successfully directed and motivated large sales organizations and facilitated strategic deals.
