Renters Warehouse was created in 2007 by entrepreneur Brenton Hayden and has profitable every year since its inception.  Today, Renters Warehouse is the largest property management company in Minnesota, managing 1900 properties valued at $400 million, processing $1.5 billion in residential leasing    transactions and expected to achieve over $7 million in revenue in 2012.  Mr. Hayden, named youngest franchisor in the U.S. by Entrepreneur Magazine, sold his first franchise in 2011 at the age of 26.  Renters Warehouse USA has franchises  in Colorado, Arizona, California, Maryland and Georgia.   
     
The company is recognized for the third straight year as one of the fastest  growing privately-held companies in U.S and Minnesota at #787 on Inc.Magazine’s 500/5000 list and #14 on the Minneapolis/St Paul Business Journal’s Fast 50 list. Companies on the Fast 50 list averaged a revenue growth  of 135.7% less than Renters Warehouse’s growth of 177.59%.  In 2012 alone, the company’s revenue growth is projected at 75%.  In the last year, the number of properties under management increased by 1000 and active listings for rent increased to 360, up from 280 at the beginning of this year. It’s most recent  recognition is by Inc. Magazine with the Hire Power Award for job creation in Minnesota, ranking Renters Warehouse at #10 in a list of Minnesota businesses who generated the most jobs from 2008 to 2011.   
   
Much of the company’s growth can be attributed to the exceptional marketing and advertising skills of CEO Brenton Hayden.  He utilizes the company website Renterswarehouse.com, quarterly newsletters, social networks and frequent press releases to deliver information about the company and its services.  Mr. Hayden hosts and produces the weekly radio show "Real Estate Coaches" on KFAN 100.3 and spends $1 million annually on radio advertising and endorsements from local and national celebrities to market Renters Warehouse and increase brand awareness.      
   
In the effort to add value for current and new clients, he introduces service options and incentives such as eviction protection and tenant liability insurance as well as tenant incentives like gifts for longer term leases.   They are the only property management company in Minnesota with employees certified in both the Minnesota Crime Prevention and Terrorist Awareness and Prevention Programs.  They work in partnership with city housing inspectors and rent assistance administrators who trust that properties managed by Renters Warehouse will be occupied by good tenants and are suitable for occupancy.

Brenton Hayden, Chief Executive Officer, founded Renters Warehouse in 2007. He founded his franchise company, Renters Warehouse USA and full service real estate brokerage, Pink Blue Real Estate in 2010.  Mr. Hayden also hosts and produces of two radio shows in the Twin Cities that focus on real estate issues. He attended the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2012 and completed the Entrepreneurial Development Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management in 2011.

He possesses expert marketing and management skills and is recognized with numerous awards in real estate for fastest growing company, as an entrepreneur and as the youngest franchisor in America.
