print the 2009 letter.

Retina Foundation of the Southwest patients, previous donors, doctors and board
D+M+ T reviewed previous RFSW letters and donor letters from similar organizations.
The 2009 annual letter resulted in donations totaling more than $100,000 for the
Retina Foundation of the Southwest.
