The 2008 Standards of Business Conduct (SBC) Training is intended to promote
awareness of Microsoft's corporate Standards of Business Conduct, policies and
guidelines. This is achieved through scenario-based case studies of real issues
that can arise in the workplace, followed by interactive question and answer
segments. The employee is provided detailed responses that promote
understanding of the broader issues and the expected role of the employee. A
listing of resources is provided at the end of each case study to promote
additional understanding of the issues.
