Recognizing the impact of electronic communications and the organization’s
need to broaden reach, MSAA produced 16 on-demand video programs with
interactive feedback. With topics in Medical, Family/Lifestyle, and
Disability/Legal, the interactive series features experts discussing MS, its
symptoms, treatments and problem-solving techniques for better management and
improved quality of life.

MSAA reached an unprecedented number of viewers, bringing knowledge and
empowerment directly into the homes of those with MS. From 02/08 –
01/09, the series delivered: 13,587 unique viewers; 14,810 cumulative views;
2182 hours of view time; 15 minutes of average view time; 93% cumulative
approval rating from viewers.
