CCS' The Channel was designed as an internet/extranet to connect all CCS employees, both those at the corporate offices in Los Angeles and those who work remotely nationwide. The site is an invaluable resource for CCS to communicate the company's winning culture effectively with employees, complementing continued strides to maximize employee engagement. In its current incarnation, The Channel provides key information and serves as a place to celebrate CCS' culture and accomplishments, allowing all of CCS' team members to easily access company sites, tools, benefits information, frequently used forms, templates and additional materials heretofore stored in scattered locations.
N.B. The site is not publically accessible, and we will need to submit a version on CD-ROM for judging.
