        This campaigns maintains the “Rugged Original” positioning of Panasonic
        Toughbooks, and pays homage to the many instances where a Toughbook endured
        extraordinary tests of durability. Toughbooks have been shot at in police gun
        battles, brought up Everest, and have amazing water resistance-- and succeed in
        turning on afterwards, keeping data intact.  The “Legally we cannot say…”
        headline describes how Toughbooks withstand those abuses that even our lawyers
        are hesitant to brag about.
